Nowadays where I live (in Germany, not a big city at all), it's become fairly normal to have fashion colors on your hair. Even at the hospital employees wear piercings, vivid fashion colors, fashion hair styles and a lot of tattoos. I like that, it shows that society has become more open minded about those more expressive looks. If nurses and doctors are allowed to do that, I think bank employees should be allowed to wear such styles too. It's very outdated to restrict them this much. My cousin has a lot of tattoos all over his body and works at a bank, he has to constantly cover them up, no matter how hot it is outside. What a shame, they are pieces of art.
